Buy Tickets / Online Ticketing Policies

Please take a minute to read our online ticketing policies:
 

• All sales are final.
• There are no refunds or cancellations.
• Please note there is a $1 Facilities Use Fee per ticket.  This amount will be charged to your order for in-person, by phone, and online purchases.
• No children under the age of 3 are allowed inside the theatre. Parents should use discretion regarding appropriateness of some shows.
• Gift Certificates and coupons are not redeemable online at this time. If you place the online order, the Gift Certificate will not be applied and you will be charged full price with no refund. Gift Certificates and coupons can be redeemed at The Solano College and Harbor Theatre ticket office, 720 Main St. Suisun City, CA
• Tickets may be purchased with Visa and MasterCard. Payment must accompany reservation. Cash and check sales are accepted at the Solano College and Harbor Theatre ticket office in-person and by mail, although mailing cash is never recommended.
• For online sales, please print your tickets at home. Tickets will be not be held under your name at the theatre ticket office will call.
• Groups of 15 or more must call the box office for group sales, (707) 864-7100. Group rates are available when tickets are purchased in one payment by one person. Please have your group numbers ready when you call, as additional tickets cannot be added to an already purchased group rate, unless you have an additional 15 people or more.

Theatre Accessibility - We do not currently support online special seating ticket purchases, but we understand the importance of your comfort and convenience and will do our best to accommodate all requests. A number of accessible seating locations are available depending on your price range request and needs. Please contact our ticket office.

Hours: Wednesday - Saturday, 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm, and one hour prior to performance at the theatre where the performance is taking place.
