  • We operate the Solano College Performing Arts Center and are the pre-eminent theatrical entertainment and performing arts educators in Fairfield, CA.

    We deliver an incredible performing arts experience to folks in Solano County, presenting shows from plays to concerts to dance shows, educating local actors and theatre technicians, and providing a gorgeous event venue for local performing arts groups.

  • Per Solano County guidelines, patrons are no longer required to wear a mask indoors, although it’s highly recommended. Proof of vaccination is no longer required for entry.

    We update our COVID-19 policy as new mandates are issued. Policies are subject to change. We recommend checking the latest entry requirements for our theatres one week prior to your scheduled performance.

  • Season subscriptions are typically available through our ticketing website starting in late summer until our fall play opens (early November).

  • Our Box Office opens one hour before showtimes. Our physical Box Office is not open outside of productions. Sometimes, our theatres are "dark" for an extended period, meaning no productions are scheduled.

  • It’s best to buy your ticket as far in advance as possible to ensure the best seats. However, if available, you may purchase tickets up to 2 hours prior to curtain online at solanocollegetheatre.org, and until curtain time at the Box Office or over the phone with Audience Services at (707) 864-7100

As a presenter of Broadway shows touring the nation, we do not have complete control over the pricing of our engagements. Under the Shows tab, you can check individual show pages for the latest ticketing information or by calling Audience Services at 888-746-1799.

  • Advertised ticket prices include a facility fee and transaction fee. There is no delivery fee for Internet orders delivered by email - we do not mail tickets unless it is part of a special offer.

  • We no longer print physical will call tickets in advance as many patrons do not want or need them - we simply check you in with the emailed tickets or by name at the door.

    That said, if you would like printed tickets as a memorabilia item, please speak to our ticketing representative when you arrive to see the show.

  • Yes, you can make an exchange or refund by contacting us no less than two hours before the performance your tickets are for begins.

  • Yes, every show we produce offers student, senior, faculty/staff, and veteran discounts.

  • If you have a group of 10 or more people, you are eligible for a group discount!

    The discount will apply automatically if purchasing 10+ tickets online at a time. If you would like your group to purchase their tickets individually, please contact SCT@solano.edu for assistance.

  • If you bought directly through us, we will have a record of your transaction. Please check in at the ticket booth when you arrive for the show, and we will check you in by purchaser name and photo ID.

  • Yes, our scanners can scan barcodes from electronic devices such as smart phones or tablets.

  • Absolutely. Our mainstage theatre has wheelchair accessible boxes and seats on both the Orchestra and Balcony levels where patrons may remain in their wheelchairs.

    Wheelchair accessible tickets are available by calling 707) 864-7100 or online at solanocollegetheatre.org.

    Look for available seats in Row F, or in boxes 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, and 10. All other seats require at least one step to access.

  • Our multi-stall restrooms are located in the lobby of our theatre. There are no stairs required to access them.

    Please note that lines can be long to the restrooms during intermission, so plan accordingly.

  • We have several large parking lots available to our patrons.

    Guests for our weekend shows (Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday matinees) are NOT required to purchase a parking permit. Feel free to park in any lot on campus. 

    However, parking permits are REQUIRED on days and evenings when classes are in session. If you are attending a performance in the theatre Monday - Thursday or on a Friday morning, you must purchase a daily parking permit for $2 from one of the yellow parking permit machines located in every parking lot on campus. You can purchase a permit using coins, $1 bills, or a credit or debit card.

  • No, because the front of our theatre faces into the college campus. The closest drop-off point is in the faculty/staff parking lot between buildings 1200 and 1300. Guests can then walk along the path following signs for Solano College Theatre.

  • A coat check or storage area is unavailable at any of our theatres. Luggage, shopping bags and other large packages that will not fit comfortably with you under your seat will not be checked or allowed inside the theatre. For your convenience, please make other arrangements for these items before arriving.

    Do not leave personal bags/packages in your vehicle unattended while you are in the theatre (even if they are concealed from view). There will be no refunds or other accommodations for these issues. Do not leave your personal bags (purses, backpacks) unattended while in the theatre.

  • We offer a variety of snacks, candies, and beverages to enjoy while taking in a show at Solano College Theatre. The concessions stand is located in the lobby, and is managed by Drama Club students as a fundraising effort for supporting learning experiences outside the classroom.

  • Weapons (this includes knives, pepper spray, and weapons accompanied by a valid CCW permit); Professional cameras and recording devices; Large bags, such as suitcases; Outside food and drink (this excludes water). Only service animals are allowed inside the theatre.

  • Under Events, click on a show's See More button to go to a show's individual page telling you more about the show.

  • The lobby opens 60 minutes prior to curtain; the House opens 30 minutes prior to curtain.

  • Performances start promptly on time barring unique situations. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the our staff.

  • No. You are not allowed to take photos during the performance. Due to copyright agreements, the use of cameras/picture phones (with or without flash) or any other recording device is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to confiscation of film, tape, disc, cards, etc., ejection from the theatre, and financial damages. For your protection, all recording devices should be placed in a pocket or purse (and kept there) when in the theatre.

  • Cell phones and other electronic equipment can be used prior to the show, during intermission, and after the shows. Once the production begins, please remember to silence or turn off all devices and stow them so that you don’t disrupt the performance or your fellow patrons.

  • Yes, with adult supervision. We simply ask that if your child is negatively impacting the experience of our other patrons, that you bring them into the lobby where you can continue to watch the show via our monitors.

  • There is no specific dress code; you are welcome to dress in a way that captures the spirit of the occasion.

  • Following the performance, actors from the show may be available to sign autographs and sometimes even pose for photos in the lobby.
